摘    要:在激光测粒仪中,光电探测器各环的响应系数对仪器的测量精度有着十分重要的影响。本文提出一种采用一组尺寸不同的标准颗粒为标定试样,通过比较其在光电探测器各环上的理论光能与实测光能,来综合出光电探测器各环响应系数的方法。

Abstract:In laser particle sizer, the response coefficient of each rings of photodetector is very important for the precision of the measurement. In this paper, a new method to determine the response coefficient of photodetector is proposed, in which a number of standard latex particles, which size are different, as a tested sample are employed. Through comparison of the difference between theoretical light energy and practical light energy diffracted by the standard particles, the response coefficient of the photodetector can be easily determined.
