超磁致伸缩材料微位移驱动系统的研究

摘    要:由于2微位移驱动器普遍存在输出力及输出范围小的缺点,所以提出将超磁致人窠赫兹上入到微位移驱动 统计当中,文中详细描述了基于超磁致伸缩材料的驱动器的设计原理及性能,同时设计了用水冷装置消除线圈发热带来的影响,从而使其纳米级的驱动精度。

Abstract:Generally, the micro position actuator has small output power and displacement . This paper describes the design principle and performances of the actuator based on giant magnetostriction materials in detail. In order to raise the actuating accuracy to nanometric level, a water cooling device is also designed to free the influence of the generation of coil heat.
