基于神经网络的滚动轴承检测

摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于人工神经网络进行滚动轴承故障检测的新方法,文中利用加速度计获得滚动轴承的动态振动信息,为滚动轴承建立了动态非线性神经网络模型,并利用该模型进行在线故障检测,实际使用证明该模型具有良好的收敛性和稳定性和完全能满足对滚动轴承故障的在线检测。

Abstract:This paper describes a new method for fault detection on rolling bearing.The dynamic non linear mo del based neural networks is found by dynamic vibration information gained from acceleration meter.Furthermore,the on line fault diagnosis is implemented with the model.The model with good astringency and stabiity can meet needs for bearing on line detection completely.
