| 摘 要： | 该文从数理统计学的角度，并在假设光斑能量和探测器噪声分别为高斯分布和泊松分布情况下，对图像测量中ＣＣＤ第三面上光斑图像的位置估值性能进行了深入分析，并从统计意义上得出光斑图像的位置估值性能与光斑尺寸之间的定量关系，为系统设计和测量精度和评定提供了参考。

| Abstract: | Theimage spot position estimation performance at the CCD is analyzed stochastically, assumingthat the image spot has a Gaussian intensity profile and CCD noise is modeled as Poissondistributed dark current shot noise. The relation between the position estimationperformance of image spot and the spot size is developed stochastically, which providingreference for system design and accuracy evaluation. |
