FMCW雷达港口起重机防撞系统的设计与开发

摘    要:防撞系统的关键环节在于测距,本文设计的港口起重机防撞系统放弃了常用的测距方式,采用了FMCW毫米波雷达测距方式,原因是毫米波雷达受环境影响很小,能够在恶劣的环境下进行短距离高精度的测距。文中给出了以DSP为核心的硬件电路和软件的设计方案,并进行了测距实验,验证了系统的可行性。

Abstract:Distance measurement is a crucial technology in the crash-preventing system. The millimeter wave radar is weatherproof and could be used in high precision range finder of short distance, so we adopt millimeter wave FMCW radar to replace traditional distance measurement method in the crane crash-preventing system design. The design schemes of the hardware based on DSP and software are presented in this paper. Distance measurement experiments were carried out, which proves the feasibility of the system.
