摘    要:基于板壳振动理论建立了spherical-cymbal换能器谐振频率近似模型,为得到该换能器在约束条件下的最低谐振频率,采用正交实验法对其进行了优化设计,找出了各设计因素对spherical-cymbal换能器谐振频率影响的主次顺序,得到了约束条件下各设计因素的最佳水平。在各设计因素最佳水平综合搭配下,优化的spherical-cymbal换能器的谐振频率达到最小值19.004 k Hz,完全满足设计目标要求。对最优方案样品的一阶谐振频率进行了测试,实测谐振频率均值为19.27 kHz,相对误差1.4%,表明设计方案是正确合理的。

Abstract:An approximative resonance frequency model of spherical-cymbal transducer is established based on vibration theory of shallow spherical shell.In order to get the minimum resonance frequency of spherical-cymbal transducer under constraint conditions,orthogonal experiment method is used,the effect of each design factor on resonance frequency of spherical-cymbal transducer is found,and the optimization lever of each design factor is gained.Under the synthetical optimization lever of each design factor,the optimized resonance frequency of spherical-cymbal transducer reaches a minimum value of 19.004kHz.which fully meets the requirement of the design object.The first order resonance frequencies of spherical-cymbal transducer samples are tested and the average value of the first resonance frequencies is 19.27kHz with a relative error of 1.4%.which indicates that the design is reasonable.
