热轧带钢头尾图像识别及剪切优化系统

摘    要:介绍了一种带钢头尾图像识别系统,该系统作为飞剪控制的辅助系统,为飞剪优化控制提供控制参考。运用图像增强和分割技术对通过高精度CCD摄像机获得的带钢头尾数字图像进行处理,提取偏心率、穿越点数目、宽度梯度等特征参数,并运用BP神经网络对带钢形状进行识别,以获得最优剪切线。实践证明该系统能够正确地识别带钢头尾形状,实现自动优化剪切任务。

Abstract:An image recognizing system of strip head and tail,as an assistant control system for shearing process optimization,was presented.The images of strip head and tail taken by high accuracy CCD camera were processed by the means of enhancement and segmentation.The characteristics,for instance,the eccentricity,the number of points across the strip,the width gradient,etc,were extracted from the processed images for the BP neural network to identify the shape of strip and to calculate the optimum shearing line.The results show that the system achieves a good identification of the strip head and tail,and optimization of the shearing process.
