高性能数字显微图像系统的研制

摘    要:数字显微图像技术是传统目视光学显微图像观察手段的现代化、信息化发展。这里介绍了一种高性能数字显微图像系统,对研制过程中所涉及的图像光电变换、图像时-空分辨率改善、分析专用软件设计等关键性技术问题作了阐述,并给出了若干典型应用实例。

Abstract:Digital microscopic imaging system is modern and informational development for traditional visual optical microscopic imaging observation. A digital microscopic imaging system with high performance is presented, a series of key techniques involved such as photo electronic translation of optical microscopic image, improvement of temporal spacial resolution of images, design of specific analytic software, are explained, some successful applications are also introduced.
