摘    要:描述了一种用神经网络技术实现的精密微长度检测系统 ,该系统用神经网络技术减小非线性误差 ,用微机数字滤波技术减小重复误差。与传统技术相比 ,系统的量程扩大 30 %以上 ,非线性误差几乎减小到零 ,重复误差也大幅减小 ,应用效果显著

Abstract:A system for detecting the micro-length with precision using a neural network is described.A improved neural network is used to reduce the nonlinear error,and the repetitive error is reduced by the digital filtering technique with micro-computer.The range of system is expanded to 130%,and the nonlinear error is almost reduced to zero,and repetitive error is too reduced to meet requirement of precision detecting.
