紫外增强型电学定标热释电辐射计ECPR的研制

摘    要:本文研究了一种新型紫外增强型的电学定标热释电辐射计,该辐射计由测量电路、高稳定光学斩波器和紫外增强型热释电探头组成,其中测量电路包括模拟和数字2部分,模拟部分主要功能是实现光电信号的放大、跟踪和匹配,数字部分实现对电功率的测量、修正以及对系统的控制.文中讨论了ECPR的基本原理、系统组成、实现的功能以及修正需要考虑的误差来源等.

Abstract:Electrically calibrated pyroelectric radiometer(ECPR) is a kind of high precision electrical substitution radiometer(ESR) in optical power measurement.An UV enhanced ECPR is proposed in this paper.The radiometer consists of measurement circuit,high stable optical chopper and UV enhanced pyroelectric head.The measured circuit includes both analog and digital circuits.The role of the analog circuit is to amplify,track and match the photoelectric signal;the role of the digital circuit is to measure the electric power,correct the measurement result,as well as control the whole system.The basic principle,system components,functions of ECPR and the error sources to be considered are also discussed in detail.
