基于Zernike矩的管道弯曲度高精度检测

摘    要:介绍了管道弯曲度测量系统的工作原理,提出了一种基于Zernike矩的管道弯曲度高精度检测方法。利用LoG算子把激光光斑边缘定位到像素级精度,然后使用Zernike矩算子进一步细分,使光斑边缘定位达到亚像素级精度,通过拟合计算得到光斑中心坐标,从而得到弯曲度的大小和方向。同时还进行了常用光斑中心定位算法与Zernike矩算法的对比实验,并对实验结果进行了定量分析。实验结果表明,Zernike矩算法的定位精度和速度均达到满意的结果。

Abstract:The operation principle of the camber measurement system is presented at first.A method for camber measurement based on Zernike moments at high accuracy is proposed.Edge of a laser spot is reached at pixel accuracy by using LoG operator,and it is reached at subpixel accuracy by using Zernike moment-based operators,then the center of the laser spot can be obtained by fitting.Thus the value and the orientation of camber can be obtained.Contrastive experiments have been performed between usual methods and the proposed method.And a quantitative analysis of results is carried out.Experimental results show that the precision and the velocity of the proposed method are satisfactory.
