基于自适应小波包的钢丝绳局部损伤相平面定量检测方法研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于自适应小波包分析的钢丝绳局部损伤相平面定量检测方法,实现了局部损伤的分类和定量检测。该方法采用基于熵的小波包最佳基选取准则,对局部损伤信号进行自适应小波包分解,将分解结果显示于时-频空间即相平面上。根据不同损伤的特点,在时频空间内寻找特征并进行分类,通过能力或能量的位置对损失进行度量,从而实现局部损伤的定量检测。文中对断丝、缺丝等典型损伤给出了具体应用实例和分析结果。

Abstract:In this paper,a phase plane quantitative inspection method for LF based on selfadaptive waveletpack- et is presented for classifying and quantitatively detecting of LF.The L F signals are transformed by entropy based on wavelet packet algorithms for best basis selection,and the results are displayed in time- frequency space namely phase plane.In accordance with the characters of differentkinds of LF,feature extraction and clas- sification of L F in phase plane can be realized by the measurement of the amplitude and the position of waveform energy.Some typical L F signals such as broken wires and lacked wires ect.are analyzed and processed by this method as examples in this paper.
