航空透明件光学角偏差测试仪的光学系统设计

摘    要:光学角偏差为航空透明件的一个最重要光学性能指标.介绍了一种航空透明件光学角偏差测试仪,其光学系统采用LED光源、双光路、千兆网面阵相机等技术,实现了光学角偏差自动检测,并增加了分辨率检测功能.光斑位置检测为角偏差测试中的关键技术,其判断精度直接决定了仪器的精度.在模板匹配算法的基础上提出了一种新的检测光斑位置的亚像素算法,提高了仪器的测量精度.仪器的角偏差测量范围为±42.6′,测量的绝对误差≤±7″.

Abstract:Angular deviation is the most important optical performance parameter for transparent parts in aviation. The angular deviation tester for transparent parts in aviation introduced in this paper realizes automatic angular deviation detection and resolution test, which applies an LED light source, double light beams, a gigabit network camera and etc. Detection of the light spot position is the key technology in the measurement of angular deviation, whose precision directly determines the accuracy of the instrument. This paper presents a new subdivision method for the detection of the light spot position on the basis of template matching algorithm,which improves the measurement accuracy of the instrument. The angular deviation measurement range of this tester is ±42.6′, and the absolute measurement error reaches ±7″.
