摘    要:针对大型复杂曲面工件通常采用不完全定位安装,超声C扫查路径生成过程重复耗时的问题,提出了一种基于模板的扫查方法.该方法首先对第1个扫查工件表面进行采样,重构生成初始曲面模型,再通过仿形测量修正初始曲面模型,生成高精度CAD(computer aided design)模板.下一个扫描工件在合理获取少量测量点后,根据模板曲面的几何性质进行精确重定位,并利用模板快速生成该工件的扫查路径.仿真与实验结果表明,该方法可以快速地生成高精度扫查路径,大大缩短了非扫查准备时间,提高了检测效率.

Abstract:For large-scale sculptured surface components,the workpiece is usually clamped with some degrees of freedom and unfixed for ultrasonic C-scan.In this case,small rigid displacements often exist among the scanning workpieces that are not accurately clamped.It is a repetitive and time-consuming job to generate the scanning path for large-scale sculptured surface parts.To solve this problem,a new method is proposed to improve the scanning efficiency.The first workpiece surface is sampled and an initial surface model is generated with surface reconstruction.Then,the profile measurement is carried out to get a more accurate CAD(computer aided design) model as the template for the other scanning workpiece.After getting some reasonable measurement points of the next scanning part and using the template surface geometric properties for workpiece registration,it is easy to generate the scanning path quickly.Simulation and experiment results indicate that this method can rapidly generate accurate scanning path,the test preparation time has been shortened a lot.
