| Abstract: | This paper presents the principle of measurement,configuration and critical techniques of a CNC high precision machine for measuring hobs,and describes the results of inspection and intercomparsion.This measuring machine is based on the electronic generative metrology,and features high efficiency and high accuracy (Class AAA for hobs).With this measuring machine,the modified hobs as well as the conventional hobs are inspected. |
