高效超声成象系统

摘    要:本文以计算机为核心,以传统的超声探伤仪为基础开发了一套高效超声成象系统,能够实现A、B、C扫描成象、数据处理、缺陷定位、定量和定性分析,拓宽了传统超声检测的应用范围。该系统采用多探头扫描成象,大大提高了系统检测效率,与传统超声成象系统相比具有结构简单、成本低、检测效率高、精度高、功能强和使用方便等优点。

Abstract:In the paper, with the computer as the core, a high efficiency ultrasonic imaging system which can implement A,B and C scan, data processing, locating, quantitative, and qualitative analysis is developed on the basis of the traditional reflectorscope. By using multichannel scan imaging technology, the testing efficiency is greatly raised, and in the system, some other advantages are achieved such as simple structure, low cost, high testing efficiency, high testing precision, powerful function, convenient to use when compared to the traditional ultrasonic imaging system.
