铂电阻测温系统温度补偿方法

摘    要:本文通过对铂电阻测温系统的研究,提出一种通过软件实现的,利用两个非精确恒定温度环境进行标定的温度补偿算法,这种算法补偿后的精度等级达到0.1%FS。

Abstract:This paper presents a software algorithm of temperature compensation by studying a RTD temperature measurement system. By this compensation algorithm let the calibration may be done in two temperature environments, which don't need high precision but need stability. Using this algorithm in practical measurement, the precision degree can arrive 0.1%FS. The principles discussed in this paper can be also applied in other measurement systems which are affected by temperature drift.
