| 摘 要： | 主要研究了面向订单型企业的生产计划制订的问题。首先介绍面向订单型生产系统的内涵、边界及主要变量,然后对系统变量的因果关系进行了分析,建立了问题的系统动力学模型。结合具体实例,应用建立的系统动力学模型,制订出动态的企业生产计划,能够快速响应客户需求,最后对生产管理提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the production plan of make-to-order form,it analyzs the question boundary and the main variable,obtains the cause and effect relational graph and condition flow graph model,establishes the system dynamics model.Combined with a specific example,applicating of the system dynamics model,the dynamic of the production plan can rapid response to customer demand.Finally,it gives the suggestions on the management of production. |
