高速钢刀具激光涂层技术和性能的研究

摘    要:涂层刀具以其优良的切削性能日益受到关注,本文阐述了高速钢刀具激光涂层技术的可行性和实用性,系统地研究了涂层的组织结构、厚度、显微硬度和耐磨性.实验结果表明:高速钢刀具的激光涂层技术具有使用方便、灵活的特点,涂层后的刀具性能明显提高,其组织结构较未涂层材料有明显改善,其使用寿命较未涂层刀具提高三倍以上.

Abstract:This paper expounds the feasibility and practicality of laser plating technique for high speed steel cutter, researches systematically on form structure. thickness, microhardness and wear- resistance of the plated layer. Experimental results show that laser plating technique for high speed steel cutter posseses features of convenience, flexibility in application. Characteristics of the plated cutter are obviously improved. Its form structure is better than that before plating. The service life is three times higher than that of the unplated cutter.
