| 摘 要： | 提出了基于成组技术的生产计划模型，建立了成组BOM模型，阐述了成组物料需求计划的生成和成组单元作业计划的分解方法，最后给出了成组单元内部作业排序的模型，探讨了成组作业计划的执行过程。对于探讨适应系列化装备的生产模式、加快产品试制速度，具有较大的理论指导作用。

| Abstract: | It proposes the manufacturing planning model based on group technology and builds the GT-BOM model, dissertates the methods of generating the GT-MRP and the GT cells job schedule, and gives the detail about the model of job-sequenced problem in GT cells and the execution of the GT cells job schedule. This can be used for the production planning to serial equipment and accelerating production. |
