摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法研究了射流器的射流及气液两相流动,并改变射流曝气器的长径比和喷嘴面积比,计算射流曝气器的两相流的气液流量比,分析了长径比和喷嘴面积比对射流曝气器流场和空气与液体流量比的影响以及喷嘴与混合管的相对位置对气蚀的影响,最后提出了新型射流曝气器主要结构的合适参数。

Abstract:The jetting and gas-liquid two-phase flow status of single port self-priming jet aerator is studied by the numerical simulation, and the ratios of length to radius and jet port area ratios of the jet aerator models is modified to be calculated. The influence of the ratio of length to radius and jet port area ratio on flow fields of jet aerator and flow ratio about gas to actuating medium is to be analyzed, and the influence of the relative position between jet port and mixing duct to cavitation. Finally, the appropriate parameter of new jet aerator is provided.
