摘    要:为了研究不同工况下内热型板式再生器的再生性能,搭建了再生试验系统,分别研究了空气、溶液以及热水入口参数对再生系统热质传递特性的影响,并运用SPSS软件对各参数进行敏感性分析.结果显示,空气侧入口流速对再生器的性能起到至关重要的作用,随着空气流速增加,再生量从0.82 g/s升至2.04 g/s,但再生效率从90.15% 降至45.68%;溶液侧浓度对再生量近似呈直线规律下降,再生量从2.4 g/s急速降至1.11 g/s;热水侧温度、流量均对再生器的性能起到积极作用,但影响一般.经SPSS分析得出:影响内热型板式再生装置再生性能最主要的因素为空气流速和溶液浓度,空气温度则是影响最小参数.

Abstract:In order to study the regeneration performance of internal heated plate regenerator under different working conditions,a regeneration experimental system was established to study the effects of air,solution and hot water inlet parameters on the heat and mass transfer characteristics of the regeneration system,respectively,and the sensitivity of each parameter was analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that the inlet flow speed at the air side plays an important role in the performance of the regenerator.With the increase of air flow speed,the regeneration capacity increases from 0.82 g/s to 2.04 g/s,but the regeneration efficiency decreases from 90.15% to 45.68%;The concentration at the solution side decreases linearly with respect to the regeneration amount,and the regeneration amount decreases rapidly from 2.4 g/s to 1.11 g/s;Both the temperature and flow rate at hot water side play a positive role in the performance of regenerator,but their influence is average.Through SPSS analysis,it is concluded that the air flow speed and solution concentration are the two most important factors affecting the regeneration performance of the internal heated plate regeneration device,and the air temperature is the least important parameter.
