喷雾冷却塔气水比和截面风速对冷却效率的影响

摘    要:根据雾化冷却原理,建立了80t/h试验用逆流式无填料喷雾冷却塔,并通过4个工况的试验分析了气水比和截面风速对喷雾冷却塔冷却效率的影响,试验结果表明:冷却效率随气水比、截面风速的增加而增大,当截面风速从1.93m/s增加到3.21m/s时,气水比从1.04增加到1.31,冷却效率随之从39.0%增加到54.5%;当气水比在1.16~1.20之间保持不变或变化较小时,可以通过增大塔内截面风速来提高冷却塔的冷却效率.

Abstract:According to the principle of atomization cooling, a 80t/h experimental counter-flow no-padding spraying cooling tower was established. And through four experimental conditions the influence of the air/water ratio and the cross-section velocity on cooling efficiency in spraying cooling tower was analyzed. The results showed: the cooling efficiency would increase when the air/water ratio and the cross-section velocity increased, for example when the cross-section velocity changed from 1.93m/s to 3.21m/s, meanwhile the air/water ratio changed from 1.04 to 1.31, and the cooling efficiency would change from 39.0% to 54.5% consequently; if the air/water ratio remained unchanged or had a smaller change from 1.16 to 1.20, the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower could be improved by the way of increasing the cross-section velocity.
