浓相气力输送水平渐扩管流动分析

摘    要:在输送压力可达0.3MPa的高浓度流态化气力输送试验台上,以压缩空气作为输送动力,脱硫石膏粉体作为输送介质,在水平渐扩管中进行两相流试验。分别从输送能力,固体速度,压降变化等方面进行流动分析和探讨。通过试验研究,得到系统输送能力和固体速度的变化规律以及固气比、渐扩管管径比和扩散角对渐扩管压降的影响规律。在基于大量试验数据的基础上,采用量纲分析和多元线性回归分析等方法得到渐扩管阻力特性方程,误差分析表明该拟合公式具有较高的准确性。

Abstract:Compressed air was used as the transmission power and gypsum powder as the transport medium.Experiments were conducted for horizontal diffuser pipe of dense-phase pneumatic conveying on the high concentration of fluidized transportation at the pressure up to 0.3MPa.The characteristics of system transmission capacity and solid velocity were analyzed.And the relationship between geometric parameters such as diffuser angle and diameter ratio of the horizontal diffuser pipe and the pressure drop were investigated.In addition,a relatively accurately mathematic model was developed based on the experimental data to predict the resistance characteristics of horizontal diffuser pipe.
