可逆式轴流风机叶片设计新方案的探讨

摘    要:重点探讨了正反向性能完全相同的可逆式轴流风机叶片设计新方案。首先,通过对现阶段可逆式轴流风机叶片性能试验数据的分析比较,得出已有的和正在研究的正反向性能相同的双对称叶型并不能令人满意的结论,由此论述了正反向最大升力系数值可望提高10%以上的指标及其途径;其次,提出了一种正反向组合叶片的全新的设想。它具有可以充分利用现成、成熟叶型等众多优点,还可望继续提高其性能指标;第三,对应用正向前弯动叶片的可行性论证表明,在保证射流风机正反向推力相等的前提下,正向最大升力系数值可望进一步提高10%以上。

Abstract:By comparing blade operating data obtained from reversible axial flow fans all that are put in practice, it is found that the design ideas of these available axial flow fans could not be fulfilled, that the reversible ventilation ability or the thrust could be achieved to the same as the normal. Thus, the new airfoil design, combination airfoil design, is presented. By this new design method, not only could the performance be achieved, but also the verified airfoils and their useful data could be adopted. At last, non-symmetrical airfoil with reversible ability is presented. The advantages of the skewed blades are be used in the combination airfoil design, once more would the normal C N Lmax be achieved 10 percent by being compared with above recommended the combination airfoil.
