柱塞泵螺纹的磁记忆检测技术研究

摘    要:针对石油行业柱塞泵螺纹长期服役后容易产生疲劳失效,且至今尚没有好的检测方法对其进行检测。应用磁记忆检测技术对其进行检测,并对不同裂纹处磁场进行有限元仿真分析,提出了柱塞泵螺纹的磁记忆检测方法,研究了不同缺陷处磁记忆信号特征。分析结果表明,磁记忆检测技术是检测柱塞泵螺纹缺陷的有效方法,通过磁记忆信号能对缺陷类型进行区分。

Abstract:Plunger pump thread is easy to fatigue failure after long-term service in oil industry,and there is not a good way to detect plunger pump thread now.Magnetic memory technology was used in plunger pump thread detection,finite element method was used to analyze the magnetic field of different crack,a magnetic memory testing method of plunger pump thread had been proposed,and the magnetic memory signal characteristics of different defects had been studied.The results of analysis show that the magnetic memory testing technique is an effective method for testing the defects of plunger pump thread,it has a good effect on distinguishing the type of defects.
