简体结构对轴流式气液旋流器分离性能的影响

摘    要:试验研究了不同简体结构的轴流式气液旋流器的分离效率和阻力损失性能,试验研究表明,在流速相对较低时,管锥式旋流器的分离效率要高于管柱式,而在流速较高时,管柱式旋流器的分离效率要高于管锥式。对于一定的处理量(即流速一定),管锥式旋流器的压降损失要低于管柱式。

Abstract:Separation efficiency and pressure losses performance of axial flow type gas-liquid cyclone separator with different vessel geometry was studied. The resnhs show the separation efficiency of the cylinder-on-cone cyclone is higher than the cylinder when the velocity is relatively lower; but when the velocity is higher, the separation efficiency of the cylincal cyclone is higher than the cylinder-on-cone. With a certain capacity that is mean a certain velocity, the pressure losses of the cylinder-on-cone cyclone will lower than the cylinder.
