摘    要:以空气、粉煤灰和砂石作为工作介质,对气力输送管道中气固两相流的流动特性进行了系统的试验研究,尤其对管路系统的特性、操作条件、物料和气体的性质等影响气固两相流压力损失的主要因素进行了深入的分析与探讨,并针对气力输送工程设计中的节能降耗问题给出了指导性结论。

Abstract:The pneumatic transporting and multi-functional experimental apparatus has been established to study the flow characteristics of dense-phase air-solids two-phase flow in conveying pipeline. Systematic experiments, in which air, fly ash and quartz sand are working medium, are conducted to explore the relationship between the pressure drop of two-phase flow and the relating influence factors. Through the experiments, the basic influence factors on the resistance loss of two-phase flow in pipeline are found to be theproperties of gas and solids, the dimension and orientation of pipeline and the operation conditions. The saving energy methods of pneumatic conveying are also brought forward.
