| 摘 要： | 对中国石化镇海炼化公司炼油厂加氢裂化车间4M50型往复式压缩机机组进行了全面地、系统地研究，通过压缩机的热力、动力特性以及压缩机机组振动的详细计算，以及压缩机活塞杆断裂仿真模拟计算，为压缩机活塞杆断裂的监测与报警提供了可靠的理论依据。 |

| Abstract: | Based on complete analysis of reciprocating compressors performance, the vibration data at piston rod broken is obtained through thermal, kinetic and vibration calculation. The data is very useful and reliable for reciprocating compressors performance control at piston rod broken. |
