抽油泵固定凡尔球运动规律的数值模拟

摘    要:固定凡尔是抽油泵的主要部件之一,其中固定凡尔球的运动规律决定了泵内流体的吸入过程。为研究固定凡尔球的运动规律,采用COMSOL Multiphysics数值模拟软件,建立了多物理场耦合模型;运用动网格技术和接触压力方法,解决了固定凡尔球运动、启闭引起的网格质量和触壁反弹的问题。分析了冲次、泵内流体粘度对固定凡尔球运动规律的影响。结果表明:冲次对固定凡尔球上升的稳定性有较大影响,黏度对固定凡尔球升程影响更为显著。

Abstract:The standing valve ball is one of the main parts of the oil well pump.The motion law of the standing valve ball determines the suction process of the fluid in the pump.In order to study the motion law of the standing valve ball,a coupling model of multiple physical fields is established by using the numerical simulation software COMSOL Multiphysics.The problems of mesh quality and wall bounce caused by the movement and opening and closing of the standing valve ball are solved by using the dynamic mesh technology and contact pressure method.The influence of the times of stroke and the viscosity of the pump on the motion law of the standing valve ball is analyzed.The results show that the times of stroke have a great influence on the rising stability of the standing valve ball,and the viscosity has a more significant influence on the lift of the standing valve ball.
