高温工况阀用波纹管疲劳寿命有限元分析及试验研究

摘    要:对于某些特殊应用领域的阀用波纹管,用户有对波纹管在高温工况下进行疲劳寿命型式试验的需求。由于该实验装置专业性较强,目前国内市场上暂无该类产品的销售。为了解决此问题,设计了一种高温工况下使用的疲劳试验装置,该装置能够在不同温度、不同压力条件下对波纹管进行疲劳试验。由于在高温疲劳试验过程中存在试验效率低、较常温试验条件增加安全隐患等因素。提出了以有限元仿真计算为基础,在超试验压力前提下进行常温疲劳试验替代高温疲劳试验的方法。通过试验验证该方法是可行的。

Abstract:For bellows for valves in some special application fields,users have a demand for fatigue life type testing of bellows under high temperature conditions.Due to the strong professionalism of the experimental device,there is no product currently available on the domestic market.In order to solve this problem,a fatigue test device used under high temperature working conditions was designed.The device can carry out fatigue test under different temperature and different pressure conditions.Due to factors such as low experimental efficiency and increased safety hazards compared to normal temperature experimental conditions during the high temperature fatigue test,a method to replace the high temperature fatigue test with the normal temperature fatigue test under the premise of exceeding the experimental pressure was proposed based on the finite element simulation calculation.The experiment proves that the method is feasible.
