摘    要:实施强制氧化是石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统中有效防止其结垢和堵塞的关键。为研究重庆某环保公司的脱硫系统的需氧量,本文采用射流曝气的方法,通过自行设计加工喉嘴距可调的射流曝气器,试验研究了喉嘴距及射流曝气器出口围压对其吸气量大小的影响规律。结果表明:随着围压的增加,进气口风速依次递减,同时最优喉嘴距也随之改变,并得出了射流曝气器在不同出口围压条件下最优喉嘴距的范围为1.5~1.8倍喷嘴直径,且在此条件下,其吸气量完全满足浆液要求。
