摘    要:根据现场采集的汽动给水泵运行数据,利用ISO5198中提出的热力学方法计算得出了给水泵的各项运行性能参数,又通过最小二乘法回归分析得到运行中锅炉给水泵的性能曲线.这些曲线不仅为给水泵运行性能考核提供依据,也为整个机组经济性的分析提供了依据.并通过实例证明了该方法用于电厂运行条件下的试验,可操作性强,简单方便,同时经过误差分析,试验结果以及计算结果满足要求,证明了此计算方法是确实可行的.

Abstract:According to the gathered operation data of feed water pump driven by steam turbine, the characteristic parameters of feed water pump was thesis calculated by the thermodynamics method theorem inferred by ISO5198, and the characteristic curves was got by the least squared method regression analysis. These characteristic curves offer the bases of the feed water pump performance estimation and the whole unit economical analysis. And the testing result and the calculating result are able to satisfy the required accuracy by error analysis, the calculation is proved to be available.
