高温CO_2冷风机的数值计算

摘    要:用分布参数法建立数学模型,对CO2冷风机在高温工况下进行仿真模拟计算。分析计算了管内制冷剂侧的传热特性,以及管间距与翅片间距对换热系数和压降的影响。结果表明,由于随着干度的增加,管内CO2流型不断发生变化,管内侧换热系数和压降也随之变化。在设计冷风机时,应综合考虑翅片间距与管间距对冷风机总换热系数及空气侧压降的影响。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of CO2 air cooler under high temperature condition is carried with the mathematical model constructed using distribute parameter method. The heat transfer characteristic of the refrigerant-side inside the tube is analyzed,along with the influence on heat transfer parameters and pressure drop with the change of the tube spacing and fin spacing. The results indicates that,with the increase of the dryness,the flow pattern of the CO2 inside the tube keeps changing,along with the heat transfer parameter inside the tube and the pressure drop. The influence of fin spacing and tube spacing on the total heat transfer parameter and air-side's pr-essure drop should be taken into consideration while designing the construction of the air cooler.
