摘    要:在对现场泵机组和管道过程参数进行综合监测的基础上,提出了一种基于管道状态耦合分析的泵机组设故障监测方法,该方法包括了泵机组的异常捕捉技术、相关管道的实时状态识别以及基于耦合作用的故障判别。现场应用结果证明,该方法能够快速有效的实现机组故障检测和识别,与传统的方法相比大大降低了系统的误报警率。

Abstract:Based on integrated monitoring of process data of PPU,a novel fault diagnosis method for pump units using status coupling analysiswos preseat,where PPU is considered as one unitary object. The method based on equipment monitoring includes three steps: abnormality capture,real-time status model,and status coupling analysis. Pump unit faults are captured by multi-source information fusion,and because the pipeline statuses are incorporated,false alarm rate of pump units can be greatly reduced,which may overcome the function limitations of the on-site fault diagnosis based on supervisory control and data acquisition system( SCADA). An on-line software system is developed to achieve a better implementation and convenience. Case studies illustrate that the method improves the capability of detection,and reduces the false alarm rate of PPU.
