摘    要:分析了连续球压痕法测试材料力学性能的原理,并以不同状态的压缩机叶轮常用钢材FV520B和KMN为对象,采用连续球压痕试验与常规拉伸试验相结合的方法,测定了材料抗拉强度和屈服强度等力学性能。总结出了连续球压痕测量FV520B和KMN屈服强度的拟合方程。论证了连续球压痕试验测定再制造修复后叶轮力学性能的可行性。

Abstract:The authors analyzed the principle of testing the mechanical properties of material bycontinuous ball indentation method,and the common material FV520 B and KMN with different statesused in compressor impeller were chosen to be tested,using continuous ball indentation method and conventional tensile testing method to determine the mechanical properties such as tensile strength and yield strength. The author summed up thefitting equation ofyield strength measured by continuous ball indentation method of FV520 B and KMN. And the feasibility of testing the remanufactured impeller mechanical properties isdemonstrated by continuous ball indentation method.
