闪发蒸汽冷却技术及R134a用于高温空调器的研究

摘    要:建立了基于闪发蒸汽冷却技术及R134a为工质的高温空调器数学模型,分析并比较了R22单级压缩、R22闪发蒸汽冷却和R134a单级压缩制冷系统在不同室外气温度下系统冷凝压力、压缩机排气温度、制冷量、耗功和性能系数。结果表明,相同工况下R134a制冷系统的冷凝压力和排气温度最低,制冷量较小,较R22制冷系统适宜于环境温度50℃以上工况。当环境温度介于42~50℃时,闪发蒸汽冷却技术可有效降低以R22为工质的空调压缩机的排气温度,提高系统制冷量和性能系数,但冷凝压力和耗功略有升高。

Study on the High Temperature Air-conditioner Based on Flash Evaporative Cooling Technology and Using R134a as Refrigerant

Abstract:Mathematical model of the high temperature air-conditioner based on flash evaporative cooling technology and using R134 a as refrigerant were developed. Condensing pressure,compressor's discharge temperature and input power,refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance( COP) of refrigeration systems including refrigeration system with R134 a as refrigerant,single stage compression refrigeration system with R22 as refrigerant and flash evaporative cooling technology based refrigeration system also using R22 as refrigerant were analyzed. Results showed that refrigeration system using R134 a as refrigerant had the lowest condensing pressure,compressor discharge temperature and refrigerating capacity when three refrigeration systems worked in same condition,and this system was more suitable for the condition that environment temperature was higher than 50℃. Compared with single stage compression refrigeration system with R22 as refrigerant,flash evaporative cooling technology could effectively reduce the compressor discharge temperature and improve the refrigeration system's capacity and COP with slightly higher power consumption and condensing pressure when the environment temperature was between 42 ~ 50 ℃.
