摘    要:为了研究该分离器的分离性能,通过搭建气液两级分离实验台架进行实验测量,同时应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法对分离器内的气液两相流动进行数值模拟.重点研究了流量、气液比、介质粘度、密度、气泡直径及转鼓转速等六个变量对离心式气液分离器分离效率的影响.通过比较数值计算与实验测定结果,验证了数值模拟方法的可行性.分析结果表明,预测的分离效率变化趋势与实测结果在总体上是一致的, CFD可作为离心式气液分离器设计的有效工具.

Abstract:A new kind of centrifugal gas-liquid separator is designed to separate gas entrained in drilling fluid.The centrifugal separator includes a moving part-rotary drum which mounted to a rotating shaft is driven by a motor.Under the motion of rotating blades,forced swirling flow is formed and the gas with low density moves toward axis center,while the liquid with high density moves outward radially as result of effect of centrifugal force.For relative motion existing between different phases of gas and liquid,phase separation happens.In order to study the separation performance of this kind of separator,the experimental bench for two-stag separation of gas and liquid is set up for test,and the turbulent flow field of gas-liquid tow-phase in separator is numerical simulated by using the computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).Furthermore,how six parameters as flux,gas content,viscosity of the medium,density,bubble diameter and rotational speed of rotary drum affect the separation efficiency is especially studied.By comparing the result of numerical calculation with data from the test,the way of numerical simulation is proved to be feasible.The result shows that the predicted change tendency of separation efficiency is in agreement with that obtained by test on the whole,and CFD can be useful for designing the centrifugal gas-liquid separator.
