装载机动臂的应力分析

摘    要:装载机是工程建设中重要的机器之一,动臂是装载机工作装置的主要承力构件。文中采用Pro/E创建有筋板的动臂三维模型,然后导入ANSYS中,以偏载工况为例,对其进行应力分析。分析结果显示筋板对耳板、横梁处的应力分布有一定的影响,对动臂板的应力分布影响不大,最大应力集中点在动臂与动臂油缸铰接处。

Abstract:Loader is one of important machines in engineering construction, movable arm is the main bearing components of loader working device. Pro/E is used to create 3d modeling of the movable arm with steel plate. Its stress under unbalance loading is analyzed using ANSYS. The analysis results shows that stiffened plate has certain influence on crossbar and the ear plate, and has no influence on the stress distribution of movable arm board, the maximum stress concentration occurs on the hinge joint between movable arm and movable arm cylinder.
