| 摘 要： | 为了提高车刀几何角度参数的测量精度,在原有车刀角度测量仪的基础上,改进设计了一种数字显示式车刀角度测量仪。该角度测量仪以单片机为控制核心,通过角度传感器采集转角信息,利用模数转换器模块,将所测车刀角度值以数字形式实时显示出来,提高了车刀几何角度测量的精确性。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the measurement accuracy of tool geometry parameters, a digital tool angle measuring instrument is designed based on the original tool angle measuring instrument. Single chip microcomputer acts as control core, the angle sensor acts as collecting module for information. Through the AD converter module, the turning angle value displays in real-time digital form, which can measure the geometric angles accurately. |
