| 摘 要： | 针对机械产品柔性装配过程中物料追踪困难的问题,文中首先进行了物料追踪要素分析,建立了工艺配置导向的产品追踪BOM扩展模型;在此基础上,重点研究了一种面向MES的物料追踪方法,即在MES相关子模块提供数据支持的前提下,建立一个工序级物料追踪的通用流程,以工序为基本单元对装配全过程进行物料跟踪;最后通过实例验证上述方法的实用性和可行性。
