灰铸铁螺纹孔的轴向承载能力分析

摘    要:用有限元软件的接触非线性应力仿真功能,获得不同轴向力下灰铸铁和钢螺纹孔的应力仿真数据。灰铸铁和钢的弹性模量的较大差异使灰铸铁螺纹孔的应力状态得以改善,使用相同的钢螺栓并且螺纹孔的最大应力相同时,灰铸铁螺纹孔的静载轴向力比钢螺纹孔高19%以上。并提出用比许用应力相同的钢螺纹孔高19%的静载轴向力确定灰铸铁螺纹孔的静载轴向承载能力。

Abstract:The stress simulation datum of the grey cast iron and steel treaded hole were obtained in different axial force on simulations of nonlinear contact by a finite element software.The static axial force of grey cast iron threaded hole is more than 19% than that of steel's in the same maximum stress of the threaded hole and using the same steel bolt,for there is a big difference of the elastic modulus between the grey cast iron and steel,and the stress state is improved.A measure is proposed which the static ax...
