手机中板螺母的焊接夹具结构设计及分析

简要介绍了手机中板的作用及结构特征,阐述了中板螺母在激光焊接中工装夹具的设计和使用方法.考虑到加工周期问题,在此基础上配套设计出一种新型仿弹夹辅助上螺母夹具.通过ANSYS分析手机中板夹紧工作状态,得到中板的应力和变形,证实了此套夹具设计的可行性.夹具使用结果表明,该夹具适用于批量生产,在保证焊接精度和质量的同时缩短了焊接周期,具有重要的工程实用价值.

Design and Analysis of Nuts Welding Fixture for Middle Plate of Mobile Phone

The function and construction feahlres of mobile phone＇s middle plate are introdt,ced.The design and use of assembled clamp for laser welding trots of middle plate are introduced. To reduce the processing cycle, a new kimt of nuts feeding fixture imitating the cartridge is designed. By analyzing the clamping state of middle plate with ANSYS, stress and deformation are obtained to confii＇m the feasibility of the fixture design. The application results show that nuts feeding fixture and nuts welding fixture for middle plate of mobile phone are suitable for mass production. They can not only guarantee the precision and quality of the nuts welding, hut also shorten the whole production cycle. At the same lime, this two products will have very important engineering practical value.
