有限元方法在发动机曲轴断裂分析的应用

摘    要:曲轴是发动机的关键部件,其性能的好坏直接影响到发动机的整体性能。三轮摩托车在行驶过程中经常出现曲轴断裂现象,因此,影响了产品的质量和企业的声誉。应用有限元软件对三轮摩托车发动机曲轴进行有限元建模和计,算,得到了曲轴工作过程中的应力图,找到了曲轴断裂的部位,与实际的断裂位置完全吻合,表明采用有限元方法对曲轴进行断裂分析是可行、有效的。同时对曲轴提出了改进方案。

Abstract:The crankshaft is the key part of the engine and directly affects the overall performance of the engine. The crankshaft fracture often occurs during the driving process of a three wheeled motorcycle. These are affecting product quality and business reputation. FE model is built by the finint element software, and the stress diagram of the crankshaft is obtained, the fracture position is found which is consistent with the actual fracture position. It shows that the finite element method is feasible and effective to analyze the crankshaft fracture. Improvement suggestion is proposed.
