一种数据采样法圆弧插补误差的分析

摘    要:分析了在数据采样法圆弧插补中以程编进给速度F与插补周期Ts的乘积作为微小直线段的长度△L来逼近待加工圆弧轮廓所引起的加工时间误差。具体以弦线法插补为分析对象,阐明引起误差的原因,分析误差程度,最后证明了该误差的收敛性。论证了在实际插补算法的研究中令△L=FTs的可行性。

Abstract:This paper analyses the machining time error caused by taking the result of programmed feed-in speed (F) multiply interpolation cycle(Ts) as the length of tiny line(△L) which is used to approach the arc in the data sampling circular interpolation. Specifically aim at the method of using chord line approach arc, illustrate the causes of the error and figure the extent of it, finally prove the constringency of the error. Demonstrate the feasibility of △L=FTs in the research of data sampling circular interpolation.
