毛细管流变仪温度场的有限元分析

摘    要:针对毛细管流变仪的工作特点,利用传热学理论和有限元分析原理建立了相应的数学模型.基于ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,并对料筒内温度场的分布进行了计算和分析.结果表明,使用三段式加热能使料筒获得更加均匀的温度场分布,进而提高物料流变性能测量的准确性.

Abstract:According to the features of capillary rheometer's barrel,Mathematical model of the barrel is established by theory of heat transfer and principle of finite element analyze. Finite element model was setup by ANSYS software based on the mathematical model, and temperature field in the barrel is calculated and analyzed. The analysis results indicate that adapting three areas heat makes the temperature field have more even, then improves the measurement accuracy of rheological properties of material.
