基于VB的调车车辆冲击研究

摘    要:调车时的车辆冲击是列车的一种非稳态运动形式,冲击发生时,车辆之间的相对位移、冲击力大小与车钩缓冲器的性能有着密切的关系.文中基于Visual Basic语言,采用中心差分法,假设缓冲器在无阻尼的条件下,由呼伦贝尔原理建立动力学模型,通过编程求解微分方程组,从而得到调车作业时机车车辆之间在弹性冲击和刚性冲击阶段的瞬时纵向力、相对位移,进而得到冲击时车钩力随时间的变化规律,车辆之间的相对位移随时间的关系的规律,不同的冲击速度对纵向作用力幅值的影响,不同缓冲器的行程对作用力幅值的影响以及不产生刚性冲击所允许的最大冲击速度.通过对这些规律的研究,以达到寻找改善车辆受力状况和运动性能途径的目的.

Abstract:Vehicle dashing is one form of the unsteady state of the shunting operation,the relative displacement,impact force have closed relationships with the performance of bumper. Aim at the process of shunting dashing between locomotives and vehicles through utilizing visual basic and employing quadrature formula with central difference to program. It could be obtained that the regular patterns of the force of coupler and time,the relative displacement of vehicles and time,the relations between different the dashing speed,the flight of buffer and the apply force. It also be got the max speed which would not be allowed to produced the rigid impact. According the study of these disciplinarians,the purpose of improving the stress and motility of vehicles would be reached.
