行星齿轮减速器多目标优化设计

摘    要:针对行星齿轮减速器优化设计的多参数、多目标、多约束的特点,建立了多目标优化数学模型,应用层次分析法计算各目标函数权重,通过采用遗传算法进行减速器参数多目标优化求解.实例计算表明.优化设计参数比原设计参数更加合理,说明遗传算法用于减速器优化设计是有效、可行的,对行星齿轮减速器的优化有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Based on multi-parameter, multi-objective and multi-constraint of planetary gcarreducer, the optimization mathematical model was established. In addition, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was adopted to cahulate the weights of sub-objective functions. Genetic algorithm is used to slove multi-objective optimization of the reducer parameters. The example of calculating indicated that the optimal resuh is more rational than traditional design scheme in the earlier references. Genetic algorithm technique is proved to be effective and feasible in carrying out multiobjective optimization of reducer,it also has certain guiding significance to the optimization of planetary gear reducer.
