基于UG与Moldflow的手机外壳注塑模具设计

摘    要:以手机外壳的注塑模具设计为实例,利用Moldflow软件确定注塑模具的浇注位置.并以注塑填充结果为设计依据,利用UG软件设计手机外壳的成型零件、侧向抽芯机构和冷却系统.达到缩短产品的设计周期,降低开发成本的目的.

Abstract:Taking a mobile phone cover as an example, gate location is determined by the simulation and analysis on Moldflow software. According to the fill simulation analysis results, molding parts cooling system and side core-pulling mechanism are designed by UG software. The method effectively shortens the design cycles and decreases the production cost.
