| 摘 要： | 钎焊金刚石工具的性能直接影响被加工工件的加工质量及工具寿命。通过对钎焊金刚石不同钎料、钎焊气氛、钎焊金刚石界面结构与微观形貌的研究，得出不同钎料和钎焊气氛对钎焊金刚石工具的作用实质为产生了不同的钎焊金刚石界面结构与微观形貌。钎焊金刚石界面结构与微观形貌是影响金刚石工具性能直接原因。

| Abstract: | The performance of brazed diamond tools is directly affect the quality of machining workpJece and the tool life. It is researched by this paper that the different diamond brazing materials, different brazing atmosphere, different brazing diamond interface structure and morphology. Studies have shown that different brazing materials and different atmosphere on the role of brazing diamond tools in real terms to generate a different brazing diamond interface structure and micro-morphology. It is directly reason that brazed diamond interface structure and micro-morphology to affect the performance of diamond tool. |
